Most items ship within 1 to 3 days
(Parquet ChairMats ship in 2 to 3 weeks).

FREE Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping
on all our products within the 48 states.
All returned items will incur shipping
charges both ways to and from the customer.
The prices quoted are delivered prices
and include regular FEDEX or UPS ground
shipping unless otherwise stated. Orders
outside the 48 states will incur an
additional charge to cover shipping.
We will email you with the
charge and request a return email
acknowledging and accepting the fee
before we will complete the order.
All vinyl chair mats are shipped rolled
and are easy to unroll by following our
instructions.
Returns
All returns must have prior verbal
or written approval. Returns must be
shipped in the original carton and
received in re-sellable like new condition
to receive a credit. Custom cut chairmats
are non-returnable items, verify your
measurments before you place your custom
cut chairmat order. Please contact
Chairs-Mats.com for a "Return Product
Number," the return shipping address
and instructions. Return freight charges
are the responsibility of the customer
along with the original shipping charges
incurred at time of purchase (both ways),
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Items may NOT be sent freight collect
and will be refused and no credit will
be issued for the merchandise. You must
contact us within 2 weeks of receiving
merchandise for a return.
Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the mat there will be a 30% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser "you" to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is any major damage we recommend refusing your Chairmat shipment.
Warranty
Please contact us for specific warranty information on a particular item. Each manufacturer offers very good warranties ranging from 3 years up to 20 years. Roller Ball type casters void all vinyl and wood chairmat warranties. These ball type casters are not intended for chairmat use. Shipping charges of a warranty replacement chairmat are the responsibility of the customer.
All Chair-mats.com Vinyl Office Chairmats carry a "Lifetime Chair Mat warranty".
